CONCEALER HACKS

 

Make the most out of your Concealer by using them not just to hide blemishes, dark spots, and discoloration. Here listed are THREE beauty hacks that’ll change your makeup game.

1. Carve

Clean up makeup mess by applying concealer on the edges — in beauty term, this is called Carving . Apply underneath the brows, to sharpen your eyeshadows/liner, and when rocking a bold lip. This provides a sharp look and prevents lipstick from bleeding.

2. Highlight

Twin of Contouring. Highlight the areas you want to “pull forward”. Apply under the eyes in an inverted triangle, on the forehead, the nose bridge, and chin. Pick a shade two to three shades lighter than your skintone. Don’t forget to blend with a brush or a damp sponge to create a seamless look. By doing so, you are creating definition and dimension to your face.

3. Primer

If you’re on a budget and don’t want to splurge on an eyeshadow primer, your concealer should do the trick. Dab a bit onto the eyelids and apply eyeshadow that’s close to your skin color on top for flawless blending.
